Mas Santo est un lieu événementiel unique. Une excellente connexion à l'aéroport international de Barcelone et de Tarragone et un environnement naturel paisible font de Mas Santo un lieu unique pour célébrer des vacances en famille, des mariages mémorables, des formations professionnelles, des réunions inspirantes, des présentations de produits ou des séances photo. Le lieu permet des événements avec des groupes jusqu'à 80 personnes.
Frais de mariage / événement
Les frais pour la tenue d'un mariage à Mas Santo sont de 950 EUR. jusqu'à 50 personnes et 1250 EUR de 51 à 120 personnes.
Les frais de mariage comprennent :
Utilisation du site pour un mariage (s'il vous plaît consulter pour les petits mariages 20 - 30 personnes)
Max. 3 visites avant l'événement
Communication concernant l'événement par e-mail et téléphone
Vérification par le personnel d'entretien avant événement des espaces extérieurs (eau de piscine claire et propre, nettoyage des feuilles) et après événement (cigarettes sur les motifs pour l'hygiène et morceaux de verre brisé pour la sécurité)
Chez Mas Santo, nous travaillons avec un groupe soigneusement sélectionné de prestataires locaux, à la fois des organisateurs de mariage et des traiteurs, pour garantir un événement fluide et mémorable. Ces prestataires sélectionnés connaissent :
Le lieu, ses espaces, son mobilier et son matériel
Les conditions de Mas Santo telles qu'énoncées dans le contrat de l'événement (par exemple, nettoyage correct de la cuisine, sortie des poubelles, etc.). Ceci est important pour eux-mêmes, l'invité contractant leur service et la gestion de la villa
Produits et prix locaux, garantissant un bon rapport qualité-prix
Une fois la villa réservée, un document est envoyé avec toutes leurs coordonnées et chacun des prestataires peut être contacté.
Seuls les traiteurs sélectionnés sont admis dans l'enceinte du lieu. Bien que nous recommandons fortement de travailler avec les organisateurs de mariage recommandés, ceux-ci sont libres de choix et peuvent également être contractés en externe.
La caution supplémentaire est de min. 1.000 EUR par événement. Le montant peut varier selon les caractéristiques de l'événement. Ceci pour tout dommage et nettoyage extraordinaire comme confettis, taches, vomi, déco laissée, déchets laissés par organisation/restauration, meubles déplacés.
